CCLE Summer Fellows Program
The
Center for Cognitive Liberty & Ethics (CCLE) operates a Summer Fellows
Program.
Fellows work full-time (40 hours per week) at the Center for Cognitive Liberty & Ethics, in Davis, California. The
specific obligations of the fellow will vary based upon the needs of the
CCLE and the interest areas and talents of the fellow, but all fellows will
work closely with Richard Glen Boire, JD, the director of the CCLE. The
fellow will receive a stipend.
The next available fellowship is for the Summer of 2005, and will run for
three months. Specific beginning and ending dates are flexible to meet the
needs of the fellow and the CCLE.
Applications for the Summer 2005 Summer Fellow position must be received
by January 1, 2005. To apply, please send us the following by email or
postal mail:
(1) A letter (limited to 2 pages single-spaced) explaining your
interest in cognitive liberty, why you would like to become a fellow, and
what specific talents you believe you can bring to the project of
advancing cognitive freedom and autonomy;
(2) A curriculum vitae, or analogous summary of personal
achievements;
(3) Two references;
(4) A copy, in English, of either your most recent publication or any
other writing that is related to cognitive liberty. URLs for online copies
